Vivo Android 11 Update

Vivo is one of the slowest OEM which rolls out Android updates. Even the brand doesn’t roll out its own UI updates for its devices. Currently, Vivo rolls out Funtouch OS 10 on top of Android 10 for its smartphones. Soon the brand will start pushing Funtouch OS 11 on top of Android 11 for its devices. That’s because Vivo is least interested in providing updates. Vivo primarily focuses on launching more products in offline markets rather than online markets.

So, with this article, we will discuss some of the Vivo devices which will receive the Vivo Android 11 update or not.

Vivo V19 Android 11 Update

It was one of the “V” series devices which Vivo launched in the year 2020. There were three devices in the new “V19” series. The Vivo V19 came with the Snapdragon 712 SoC, a 6.44-inches Super AMOLED display, 8GB of RAM, 128/256GB of storage. It also had a quad-rear camera system with a primary 48MP sensor. All this is backed by a 4500mAh battery which supports 33W Vivo Flash Charge 2.0. On the software front, it runs on Funtouch OS 10 on top of Android 10. The device is eligible for the Android 11 (Funtouch OS 11) and will be available soon.

Status of update – will be available soon, no ETA available as of now.

Vivo V19 Neo Android 11 Update

The in-expensive device in the “V19 series” is the Vivo V19 Neo. Talking about specifications, it features the same Super AMOLED display seen in Vivo V19 but this doesn’t have support for HDR10, and 1200 nits of brightness. Other specifications include the Snapdragon 675 SoC, 6GB of RAM, 64/128GB of storage, and the same quad-rear camera setup & same battery capacity. However, the device only supports 18W charging and runs on Funtouch OS 10 on top of Android 10. It will also receive the new Vivo Android 11 update along with the other smartphones.

Status of update – will be available soon, no ETA available as of now.

Vivo V19 Pro Android 11 Update

The premium device in the “V19 series” is the Vivo V19 Pro which has some awesome features for a mid-range device. If you don’t know, the “V” series is the mid-range series from the brand which is quite popular in India. Speaking of the specifications, the device features a 6.44-inch Super AMOLED display with support for HDR10 contents, and it can blow up to 1200 nits. Underneath, it sports the Snapdragon 730G SoC with 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of storage. To the optics side, it has a 64MP primary sensor at the rear, and it is followed by three other sensors. The device runs on Funtouch OS 10 on top of Android 10. It will also receive the Android 11 update because Vivo pushes at least two major updates for its “V” series device.

Vivo V17 Android 11 Update

The device was launched in 2019 by the brand. The specifications of the device are more or less similar to the 2019 Vivo V19 Neo. That said, it sports the Snapdragon 675 SoC, 6.44-inches AMOLED display, a quad-rear camera setup, a 4500mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. On the software front, it was running on Funtouch OS 9 on top of the Android 9 Pie. A while ago, Vivo has pushed the Android 10 update for the device. The Vivo Android 11 will be arriving for the device, but it’ll be delayed as it’d already received a major update.

Status of update – will be available soon, no ETA available as of now.

Vivo V17 Neo Android 11 Update

The Vivo V17 Neo is a trimmed down version of the Vivo V17. The Neo versions are always targeted towards the budget users. Talking about specifications, it sports the Helio P65 SoC, a smaller 6.38-inch S.AMOLED display, a triple rear camera setup, and a single front camera. It also has the same battery capacity as the Vivo V17. The device also runs on the Funtouch OS 9 on top of Android 9 Pie. Vivo had rolled out the Android 10 update. The Android 11 update for the device isn’t confirmed yet.

Status of update – will be available soon, not confirmed yet, already received a major update, so no ETA available.

Vivo V15 Pro Android 11 Update

It was also launched in 2019 by the brand. The device sports the Snapdragon 675 SoC, an AMOLED display, a triple-rear camera with a 48MP sensor, and a 3700mAh battery. The highlight of the device is that it has a pop-up module like some other devices. The device was also running on Funtouch OS 10 on top of Android 9 Pie. Vivo had pushed the Android 10 update for the device. There were reports that the device will receive the Vivo Android 11 update.

Status of update – will be available soon, no ETA available as of now.

Vivo V15 Android 11 Update

There are only a few differences between both the device i.e. between the Vivo V15 and the V15 Pro. Like the Vivo V15 has a MediaTek SoC i.e. the Helio P70. Also, it has an LCD panel instead of an AMOLED panel, downgraded-rear cameras, and a 4,000mAh battery. Like the Pro version, Vivo also pushed the Android 10 (Funtouch OS 10) update for the device. As we said above, there are chances for the Android 11 (Funtouch OS 11) for the device.

Status of update – will be available soon, no ETA available as of now.

Vivo X50 Pro Android 11 Update

Vivo’s “X” series is one of the premium mid-range devices from the brand. The Vivo X50 Pro has created in a revolution in vlogging with smartphones. Because Vivo has included a special gimbal stabilization with the device. It was the first time in history, a device comes with gimbal stabilization. Talking about specifications, it features a 6.56-inches Super AMOLED display with 90Hz refresh rate, Snapdragon 765G with 8GB of RAM and 128/256GB of storage. The device runs on Funtouch OS 10.5 on top of Android 10. Obviously, the device will receive the new Android 11 update.

Status of update – will be available soon, no ETA available as of now.

Vivo X50 Android 11 Update

The Vivo X50 is a watered-down version of the X50 Pro. It has differences in cameras and processor. The device gets the Snapdragon 730G and a typical quad-camera setup. It also runs on Funtouch OS 10.5 on top of the Android 10. Vivo usually rolls out two major updates for its “X” series device. So, the device will receive the new Android 11 (Funtouch OS 11) update soon.

Status of update – will be available soon, no ETA available as of now.

Vivo X30 Pro Android 11 Update

The X30 series was unveiled back in December 2019. The most interesting feature of the device is that it comes with the Exynos 980 SoC. The device has also a periscope telephoto sensor which can go up to 5x optical zoom. On the software front, the device was running on Funtouch OS 9 on top of Android 9 Pie. Back in June, the brand has pushed the Android 10 update for the device. The device will receive the new FuntouchOS 11/Android 11 somewhere in the Q1 of 2021. Do note that, this is our wild guess because it’s already received a major update.

Status of update – will be available soon, no ETA available as of now.

Vivo X30 Android 11 Update

As you guessed, this is the trimmed down version of the Vivo X30 Pro. Interestingly there is no bigger downgrade compared between the X50 Pro and X50. Because the X30 has the same specifications of X30 Pro except for the periscope sensor. It means Vivo has done an incredible job with the base variant of the Vivo X30. It was also running on top of Android 9 Pie (Funtouch OS 9). Interestingly like the X30 Pro, Vivo had rolled out the Android 10 update for the device. Vivo will also roll out the Vivo Android 11 update for the device.

Status of update – will be available soon, no ETA available as of now.

Vivo Z5 Android 11 Update

Apart from the “U” series, Vivo’s “Z” series also comes with decent smartphones. The Z5 had specifications like an S.AMOLED display, Snapdragon 712 SoC, 6/8GB of RAM, 64/128/256 of storage, triple-rear cameras with 48MP primary sensor, and a 4500mAh battery with support for 22.5W fast charging tech. It was running on Funtouch OS 9.1 on top of Android 9 Pie. Vivo has pushed the Android 10 update for the device. The Android 11 will arrive somewhere in Q1 of 2020 because Vivo had pushed a major update.

Status of update – will be available soon, no ETA available as of now.

Vivo Z1X Android 11 Update

The Vivo Z1x was globally available in markets like India. There is no difference from the Vivo Z5 in the Z1x. Because Vivo Z5 didn’t come out of China. So, they made Vivo Z1x for the global markets with the same specifications. The software was also the same. Vivo had pushed the Android 10 for the device. Of course, Vivo will also push the Android 11 update for the device.

Status of update – will be available soon, no ETA available as of now.

Vivo Z1 Pro Android 11 Update

The Vivo Z1 Pro was also made for the global markets. Although, it has the same processor of the Z1x and Z5. The changes were that the Z1 Pro had an LCD display, downgraded cameras and fast charging tech. Although, it had a larger 5,000mAh battery compared to the other devices. The device was also running on Funtouch OS 9 on top of Android 9 Pie. Vivo had pushed the Android 10 update for the device. The chances of the Android 11 for the device is very low because it’d already received an update.

Status of update – not confirmed yet, already received a major update, so no ETA available.

Vivo Z3x Android 11 Update

The Vivo Z3x is a budget device from the brand. It has comparatively lower specifications with the above models. That said, it has an FHD+ IPS LCD display, Snapdragon 665, 4/6GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, dual-rear cameras with PDAF support, and a 3260mAh battery with support for 10W charging. On the software front, it was running on Funtouch OS 9 on top of Android 9 Pie. Vivo had pushed the Android 10 update for the device. There are no chances for the Android 11 update

Status of update – will not be available as it’d already received a major update.

Vivo U20 Android 11 Update

Vivo’s “U” series is one of the best budget series from the brand. These devices have decent specifications as well as awesome pricing. Talking about the specifications, the device sports a 6.53-inches FHD+ IPS LCD display, Snapdragon 675 SoC, 4/6GB of RAM, 64GB of storage, triple-rear cameras, 5000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging. But all these have been destroyed by the brand in a certain department. The device was running on Android 9 Pie on top of Funtouch OS 9. The brand has revealed that they’ll not be rolling out the Android 10 update. It also means that it will not receive the Android 11 update.

Status of update – will not be available, because the device still runs on Android 9 Pie.

Vivo U10 Android 11 Update

As we said, the second and final device in the “U” series is the Vivo U10. The device features an HD+ display, Snapdragon 665 SoC, 3/4GB of RAM, 32/64GB of storage, triple-rear cameras, and 5000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging tech. Like the Vivo U20, the device also runs on Android 9 Pie. The brand has confirmed that they don’t have any plans for the Android 10 update. So, without any doubt, we can say that it will not receive the Android 11 update.

Status of update – will not be available, because the device still runs on Android 9 Pie.

Vivo S5 Android 11 Update

It is one of the “S” series devices which was launched in 2019 by the brand. The Vivo S5 is a great-looking device in the market. Speaking of specs, it sports the Snapdragon 712 SoC, an interesting quad-camera setup, and 4100mAh battery with 22.5W. The device also runs on Funtouch OS 9.2 on top of Android 9 Pie. Vivo has also rolled out the Android 10 update for the device. It’ll also receive the Android 11 update because Vivo rolls out at least two major updates for its some series.

Status of update – will be available soon, no ETA available as of now.

Vivo S1 Pro Android 11 Update

Although, it doesn’t have a powerful processor like some other device. As we said like the Vivo S5, the design is quite interesting to the device. It features an S.AMOLED panel, Snapdragon 665 SoC, a quad-rear camera setup, and 4500mAH battery with support for 18W fast charging. Because it’s a 2019 device, the device runs on Android 9 Pie. Obviously, Vivo had pushed out the Android 10 update for the device. The Android 11 update is pretty sceptical for the device because it isn’t as powerful as other devices.

Status of update – may or may not be available, no ETA available as of now.

Vivo S1 Android 11 Update

Vivo S1 is the downgraded variant of the Vivo S1 Pro or it can be also called as the MediaTekvariant of the Vivo S1 Pro. The most interesting part is that the Vivo S1 is more powerful than its “Pro” variant. The display is also the same in both devices. The camera on the S1 is a bit of downgrade, and it only supports 18W fast charging tech. It was also running on top of Funtouch OS 9 (Android 9 Pie). Vivo has also rolled the Android 10 update for the device. Speaking of Android 11 update, we can’t confirm anything about the device.

That means, it has an FHD+ display, Snapdragon 665 SoC, 8GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a quad-rear camera, and as usual 5,000mAh battery with support for 10W charging. Like its predecessor, it also runs on top of Android 10 (Funtouch OS 10). This means that the device will receive the Android 11 update.

Status of update – will be available soon, no ETA available as of now.

Vivo Y3 Android 11 Update

The Vivo Y3 was launched by the brand in the year 2019. Speaking of the specifications, it features an HD+ display, Helio P35 SoC, 4/6GB of RAM, 128GB of storage, a triple-rear camera, and a 5,000mAh battery with support for 18W fast charging tech. The device runs on Funtouch OS 9.0 on top of the Android 9 Pie. Interestingly, Vivo has pushed the Android 10 update for the device.  Status of update – may or may not be available, so no ETA available as of now.
